Weight loss! How can i do it?

Losing weight is something that many people desire for different reasons, especially for aesthetic reasons. Most people would like to have a "perfect" figure like the ones shown in commercials and others in television programming and movies. Others, usually a smaller percent of population, would like to lose weight for health reasons.
Certainly, though aesthetic reasons is a huge factor,but good health is much more important one.

Many people want to lose weight, but the problem is that lose weight seems like a very dificult process, because weight loss require to make a decision and be constant in that decision, and you need some determination and commitment with your self if you want the success. But the truth is lose weight is not supposed to be something hard,in fact could be more easy of what you think if you understand the process of exercise, diets and eating habits. Some people consider exercise as an option to lose weight, but is very hard to begin with an exercise routine when somebody is overweight.You should begin with something basic or easier like a walk in the park, later when the body

hydrate will adapt to that activity then you can continue with more exercise. In exercise the oxygen is an important element and factor in the burning of calories and fats, the more oxygen you can inhale in your exercise routine the more benefit you will receive in losing weight. Also you can take a little but constants mini glasses of water to get hydrate during the routine, because the first 20 minutes of exercise you eliminates only water, then after of the first 20 minutes is when you begin to eliminate fats.

Is important to understand how the body reacts to this process, especially when dieting, there are lot of diets we are going to mention some of them:

-The protein diet; in this case the problem is that the body needs others types of nutrients like the carbohydrates to maintain the regular glucose blood levels.

-The vegetarian diets and Macrobiotic diet; This is perhaps a good alternative for weight loss, but not every body is preparing for this kind of lifestyle.

-The low calories diet; This one is a very popular, but many people don't get the desire results. The reason for that is because if you ingest less calories the metabolism has the capacity to adjust itself to this process in  your body and only burning the same amount of calories ingested this day.

Another important aspect to consider is your eating habits because weight loss is about changing your lifestyle. The reason for that is because part of your lifestyle is generating all those extra pounds. Maybe is not what your thinking, but the solution is in your diet and eating habits. Its important to understand that diet is a very diverse concept, talking about diet and f ood is talking about a great menu of diversity and variety, also what are the body needs in terms of nutrition? There a lot a nutrients that the body need and for that reason eating less is not a solution for that.

In terms of diet you also need to consider that the foods have different types of calories and nutrients and depending the type of food and the moment are ingested, have different effects in the body, one of them is reflected in the weight.
